Background and Credentials

I provide comprehensive care services throughout the lifespan. I am compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centered clinician offering comprehensive knowledge and experience within evidence-based practice to improve patient care outcome. I work collaboratively with other professionals toward the successful achievement of the goals of my patients. My approach to treatment employs a biopsychosocial perspective deploying all the tools available including, but not limited to, medication when appropriate and individual supportive psychotherapy.

I am dedicated to maximizing health and wellness, integrating traditional healthcare with complementary therapies in order to improve outcomes, prevent/manage chronic diseases, increase patient satisfaction, and promote a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy empowering patients to be actively involved in their health and wellness.
