Background and Credentials
I empower individuals to overcome personal struggles and challenges they are faced with. I work with adults of all ages who are dealing with Anxiety, Depression, stressful events, major changes in their lives, trauma and grief. Using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions, I have worked with over 350 individuals and couples since 2005.
I use various therapeutic techniques among them: Cognitive-behavioral (CBT), Emotionally Focused (EFT), Solution Focused, and Mindfulness-Based as well as Breathing Techniques, Art Expression, Movement Therapy to find most suitable approach for every client.
