Erin Simpson, LCPC

Background and Credentials
I use a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help individuals better understand and manage their emotions. I have a Masters in Counseling and a Masters in Nursing and have been working with clients to help them improve their lives and relationships since 2012.
I have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma disorders, and addiction as well as interpersonal difficulties that can arise. Research shows that talk therapy is instrumental in building neural pathways to help individuals to grow and cope in new ways. Through therapy, individuals can make lasting changes toward better mental health and overall wellness.
